Jose Jonald Y. Echeveria graduated cum laude from the Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation at Capitol University where he was a Dean's Lister at the College of Nautical Studies. He also earned his Masters in Business Management at Capitol University. He is a licensed Officer in Charge of Navigational Watch. He is the Safety Officer of Capitol University. Prior to his teaching stint, he was 3rd Officer of United Philippine Lines/Shell International where he was given a special commendation for exemplary performance onboard.
